Duties Of Vice President

The Vice-President will have the powers and duties of the President in the President’s absence or inability to serve, shall succeed to the Presidency pursuant to the Bylaws, and shall otherwise have such powers and duties as may be assigned by the President. The Vice-President shall assist in planning the objectives, programs, and meetings of the local association and should stay abreast of all current activities of the local association in case he/she is called upon to act in the absence or unavailability of the President. During his/her term, the Vice-President will serve as Region Council Representative.
