MEMBER COMMENT

Erin Donahue

○ Asks if there will be the option to choose if they want to go to 24 paycheck cycles

○ CP - 3 current different pay cycles (24, 22, 20)

Administration is trying to simplify and get more people to 24

■ We are going to attempt to get at least an option for people if they wish to move to 24

■ Yes, but nothing is finalized

Thomas Schaffer

○ Asks if the pay cycle was the districts idea

■ Charles Parkinson - Yes, David Bein asked if this was something we would be willing to do.

● Kristi Lutz

○ Nurses going to that 24 paycheck cycle will bring home $400-$500 less per paycheck. Some may need to get a second job. It’s not up to the district to manage our money for us.

● Deb Cory

○ Have we discussed changing from a 4 year to 3 year contract term?

Charles Parkinson - Waiting to see what District offers

Erin Donahue

○ Voting that happened today, Barrington Transitions Program doesn’t have representation.

○ Two employees not showing up on roster.

Charles Parkinson - Email the people and he will look into it.

○ Someone from her building emailed CP about a particular issue, regarding personal time off.
