The responsibilities of a Building Representative are:

To represent as the primary contact point for the local member and the Board.
To distribute and relay information between the local building and the central office of the BSEO.
Should there be any issue that you need assistance with, here are the proper steps to take:
First. Inform your building representative and try to resolve the issue locally.
Second. If this won't resolve the issue, then contact the President to see what steps to take next. Please keep in mind that the Uniserve is here to provide guidance to the union in taking the proper steps and procedures to get issues resolved. Therefore, at no time should we contact the Uniserve office before contacting our Union President.
