BSEO - Who are we?
The BSEO is comprised of over 350 Educational Suppport Professionals (ESPs) of Barrington 220 Community Unit School District. The BSEO is concerned with matters pertaining to employee working conditions, wages, fringe benefits, and other items affecting the welfare of its members.
There are four groups of Educational Support Professionals in the BSEO. The BSEO is recognized by the Board of Education as the sole bargaining agent for Classified personnel in School District 220.
