BSEO - Who are we?

BSEO is the organization of  the non-certified or Classified employees of  The Barrington Community Unit School District #220.  This organization is concerned with matters pertaining to employee working conditions, wages, fringe benefits, and other items affecting the welfare of its members.
There are four groups of employees in the BSEO: 

1.  Maintenance/Technical
2. Support Services
3. Teaching Support
4.  C-Scale

These groups are represented by a Board of Directors. membership.  The BSEO is recognized by the Board of Education as the sole bargaining agent for Classified personnel in School District 220.

IN-SERVICE WORK DAYS FOR ALL CLASSIFIED STAFF FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2008-2009
ARE AUGUST 25, 2008 AND NOVEMBER 14, 2008.

The daughter of Christine Herbert, who works at Prairie Middle School, has been chosen to receive an IEA Scholarship. The student is Tessie Herbert.
Congratulations to Tessie and her mom!
